QA/QC Introduction

Providing intensive employee training, our two dozen QC staff accept only the best quality fabrics and accessories from suppliers with an environmentally conscious attitude. Operating in line with ISO9001 standards, all special equipment is imported from Japan and the USA.

Our QC procedures are as follows:
1) Incoming material is inspected before cutting
2) Strict quality inspections conduced on the production lines for every working procedure
3) Finished products examination
4) Inspection of every product

With more than 20% of all products examined by the Commodity Inspection and Testing Bureau of China, 5% of products are also examined by the Factory Manager.
